I always liked the esoteric ideas from Budish and Christianity and I am especially fond on Howard Vern and less with Steiner but the problem with esoteric concepts is that they give problems like the ego that only can be solved with endurement, dark passages and insight. The nice thing about this book is that it brings a lot of behaviour back to the general architecture of the human brain which has evolved thru the last , years.
In a cookbook matter he teaches how your esoteric higher self can be set to work right away by talking in specific wording to your strongest self higher self alias and let your new brains solve your problems like fear, procrastination, strugle and lack of selfworth. It will get you grasping why it is so easy. Welcome in the new age.
This book is a breakthrough concept. Instead of fighting against yourself or your thoughts you learn to really acknowledge and appreciate every single part of you and learn to live from a whole new paradigm of a higher stronger self rather than a smaller part of you. I found this to be so much easier than cognative therapy or even "the work" questions because you actually acknowledge your thoughts and feelings with empathy and you still make a higher choice taking all your parts into consideration first.
This works well in interacting with others as well and is a very loving way to be, in my opinion.
