There is a lot of decent self-help information in the book. But as with all books of this type I feel it lacks a certain amount of depth. Yes, I understand the importance of visualization, being in tune with your body, and tapping into the energy of nature. I did glean some good information on the spiritual side of fitness, but for all the rave reviews, it fell a little short of my expectations. Maybe I need to find more time in my packed Tri training schedule to fit in more meditation, but with work, family, training, and life in general, that is like squeezing blood from a turnip.
