The man moves so slowly for Jesse that he finds himself wanting to place the man in the grocery cart so they can move through faster. Melanie spots Jenna and Peter holding hands and is somewhat saddened by that. Her father continues to drink. This is a nice clean series. What I find though is that situations sometimes are resolved a bit too easily for real life.
The first books in this series were my fav. The later ones are lacking the draw that was apparent in the earlier ones. There is no sex in this series so far and one has to wonder why something so prevalent today especially among young adults, is not addressed.
Why at least no scenes of a character trying to make a move on another and is fought off or something. I understand this is a Christian series but Christians are faced with this issue as well as the other issues covered here. The book is really average, too average, I only completed it because I had nothing better to do on my bus rides.
Honestly, the only scenes I used to anticipate -and not because they really are this thrilling, but they are compared to the other scenes- are the ones of Jesse and Charlie. Sometimes I liked parts where it talks about Miguel but the book overall, isn't this good. The moral of it though, is something I really respected, but it still doesn't motivate you to believe in the moral itself. I am now on book It is good clean rerading about the problems teens face and a group of 8 teens called Primer 8 with nothing in common who work together on a chairty project. I recommend for any teen who want good clean reading.
It teachs principles and value. One person found this helpful. I love this series. I can't stress that enough. They are really recommended. I cried, laughed, and highlighted quotes. This book, Keep the Fiath, is a relly good book. It will start with someone and stop, then start again with someone else. You don't stop thinking about the other person. It draws you into the book.
I would recomend rerading this book. I started with book four and read five and six also. The book is about young people who have problems like we have today. Other books like this are Lurlene McDaniel books. Her books deal with people and things today. Keep the Faith, is a book that i would rate a five being the highest. I would recomend it to anyone who liked books of romance and of things that we deal with today. I think that the auther really realises that being a teenager isn't that easy , and it shows in her books. Clearwater Crossings is a really great book since it focuses on life of us teens.
Not like other books only narrating about love,Clearwater narrates about life, religion, love, friendship, school, and family. I recommend this book to everybody who loves to read!!! Keep the the Faith is a great book.
